Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We will create goals according to the individual’s concerns as well as caregiver’s concerns, if a child or adolescent is the identified client.
Family Therapy
Family therapy involves two or more members. For example, this may be a parent and child, two siblings, or grandparents and grandchildren. I will support each individual’s voice within the group and encourage change to more adaptive relational patterns.
